Terms of use

Last updated: 23 August 2026. These terms govern your use of znigaf.com and, where applicable, software published by ZNIGAF LLC. Additional terms in the App Store or inside an app also apply.

The company

ZNIGAF LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. You are contracting with that entity, not with an individual employee or contractor in a personal capacity, when you use this site or our published software.

Website

This site is provided so the public, customers, and platform reviewers can identify the company, read product descriptions, and find privacy and support contacts. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades the service, impersonate ZNIGAF LLC, or present these pages as someone else’s company.

Software

Apps are licensed, not sold, under Apple’s standard licensed application end user terms plus any notice in the product. Playlist readers play URLs and files you provide. You are responsible for having the right to access those sources. ZNIGAF LLC is not a cable operator and does not grant rights to third-party media.

No warranty

The website and software are provided as available. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that a particular playlist host will accept connections from the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZNIGAF LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or apps, including loss of data on a device or unavailability of a third-party stream. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.
